Worship at CCG

Have you ever thought about all the parts that make up our weekly worship at CCG? I love that there is an order to our worship that is based on traditions that were started way back in the first century AD.  Our Sunday morning worship is what connects us with Christians from around the world through the past two thousand years!  

Just as we are lifting our voices and prayers to God each week so are others in places near and far!  Just as our pastor is preaching from God’s Word to us, so are others listening to scripture being read and taught.  It is so wonderful to be a part of the Christian church!

Followers of Jesus do the same things, in different languages and different styles but God loves that we do these things to bring Him the glory and the honor! So take time to reflect on these parts of our Sunday service.  And allow our weekly gathering to minister to you and help you to grow in your love for God and the others worshiping alongside you!
